How We Met!

It was love at first sight! Well it all started January 2010, I started working at Culver's of Johnstown. I still remember the first day I laid eyes on Luke. I was texting my mom and all my friends from back home. I said "omgsh I met this kid I work with his name is Luke, and I am going to marry him..." They all thought I was crazy. Boy, let me tell you it wasn't easy getting him to notice me. I tried my hardest to talk to him and even told him that he can barrow my Twilight movies and in responds I got " I can just watch my sisters." I'm pretty sure I tried everything in the book but he just wasn't interested. A few, long months of trying my hardest he finally took time to get to know me. Starting on April 13, 2010 we started the next chapter in our lives. We've had our ups and downs and drive each other crazy but that is what love is ALL about.  I love him and wouldn't change it for the world...

The Proposal

We have talked about getting married for a while, and of course I knew he was the one right away. It took him a little longer to realize I was the one. All of my friends told me that they think it'll happen on Valentine's Day. I wasn't so sure tho. I didn't think he had money saved up for a ring. Little did I know he bought my ring 3 weeks in advance. So I told him Valentine's Day was his day to plan the day. We had reservations at the Melting Pot later the night. He has been telling me forever that my gift was so exciting it's the next best thing to an engagement ring. He came to pick me up and brought in this huge box. He then later left to go ref a basketball game. The big box was in my room, I was so tempted to open it up. I got all ready and he came back to pick me up. I opened the box and there were three carnations. A pink one, white one, and purple one. (thinking to myself wow flowers next best thing...) I then opened up my card and it said now look under your favorite color flower. I looked under my pink carnation and there was my ring. He took it out of my hands got down on one knee and said "Chelsea Renee Cammarata Will you marry me?" I smiled and said "YES!!" I then sent out a mass text letting everyone know, called my parents, and a few others. We went to his parents house then the Melting Pot.
