Furbabies!!

Happy National Dog Day!!

Since today is national dog day, what a great excuse to blog about the 2 precious fur babies..

First off, stop judging! I am a dog mom proud dog mom! I love my puppies as much as you love your children! I baby them like crazy, and spoil them to no end! I'm not ashamed at all!!

Okay, now that is out of the way lets get to the girls!!

Lady! named after Lady from Lady and the Tramp

Lady was our first "big" purchase as a couple.. We bought her from a local pet store in Fort Collins, CO.. (again no judging.. we rescued her!) She is a cock-a-poo (75% cocker spaniel 25% poodle) She is very naughty and is too smart for her own good. She loves playing ball and always has to be playing with a toy. When she gets in trouble and Kiara is near by she growls and bites her, almost like she is blaming her for getting in trouble.. Lady is 3 years old as of July 28! She hates cuddling unless it is her idea (early mornings, and night time)

Kiara! (KEY-ARE-UH) named after Kiara from Lion King 2

Kiara is the total opposite of little Lady.. She is a cuddle bug, and craves attention.. She is an all black cock-a-poo (50-50) She is very timid, although she is a little more brave when Lady is around.. We also go her from a local pet store in CO.. She tries to play ball, and gets that proud look on her face when she gets the ball before Lady. She enjoys throwing her toys and chasing them by herself..  Kiara is 2 years old as of April 28 (exactly 9 months younger then Lady) She was our first "big" purchase as husband and wife..

That is basically our little girls in a nutshell.. Yes, I am a crazy dog lady, and Yes I am proud to be! :)

...BUT we can't forget about my 2 dogs that are in doggy heaven!!

Jewel named after 101 Dalmatians

She was our family dog that we had the longest.. She was 14 years old before she went to be an angel.. We miss her very much she was the best dog ever!!

Jock named after Lady in the Tramp

Jocker just went to doggy heaven to be with Jewel in May.. He is missed very much and was a great dog. He lived a great long life, and is no longer in pain. He is a mini schnauzer.. I got him because my dad promised me a dog of my choice that would be ALL mine! So glad I chose him..
