1. You wake up and the first thing you do is let them outside.
2. You lunch breaks no longer include getting errands done, or seeing friends. It means you need to run home and let your dog out to go potty.
3. You talk about your dog like they are your kids.
4. When others show pictures of their kids you in return share pictures of your dogs.
5. You have a spot on your budget call "the dog"
6. When going on vacation the first thing you factor in is where your dogs will go.
7. Sometime you'd rather spend time with your dogs then real humans.
8. You don't get grossed out when they puke on you
9. Your instagram will look a little like this, this, or this.
10. EVERYONE knows just about everything there is to know about your dogs.
11. You use the terms the girls/boys, my babies, etc. and never just the dogs.
12. There is no such thing as sleeping in.
13. When shopping you think what you can buy for the dog.
14. Most of your blog post include something about the dog.
15. Your day is scheduled around letting your dog out.
16. When talking to your friends you always say something about what your dogs did.
17. You have more pictures of your dogs on your phone then anything else
18. The dogs are treated like kids.
19. When talking with your husband you use the words mommy and daddy.
20. After the worst day ever, I mean worst day, bad hair day, started your period, was late for an important meeting, etc. the second you see your dog you forget about the bad get and cheer up instantly.
21. You have dog mom car magnets.
22. When people ask do you have kids? You respond with, "yes I do. I have dogs."
23. Yes, you have dropped your dogs off at doggie day camp at least once.
24. You feel bad for leaving them home for a long period of time.
25. When talking to the dogs about your parents you use grandma, and grandpa.
26. Your family knows they are your kids, and they accept it.
27. You are proud to say I am a crazy dog mom!
I am a proud dog mom, they are my kids, my babies, my everything. Other dog moms can relate! :)
